What is the HR Standards Summit?
The HR Standards Summit is an online learning series by Circa Logica Group that takes a closer look at the essential practices behind great HR. Each edition focuses on one specific area of HR, combining expert perspectives, practical discussions, real workplace scenarios, and opportunities for participants to learn from one another. Rather than covering dozens of topics in a single event, each summit goes deeper into one subject so participants can leave with knowledge and practices they can actually use.
Who should attend the HR Standards Summit?
The summit is designed for HR professionals at different stages of their careers, including those entering HR, early-career practitioners building their foundations, experienced professionals looking for a practical refresher, managers handling HR responsibilities, and leaders who want a better understanding of specific HR functions. You do not need to be an expert in the featured topic to participate.
What makes the HR Standards Summit different from a other learning events?
The HR Standards Summit is designed as a focused learning experience rather than a series of presentations. Each edition features a keynote, workshop-style sessions, practical scenarios, audience polls and discussions, and a conversation with experienced HR practitioners. The goal is not simply to listen, but to understand how good HR practice works in real situations.
What are the online ticket options?
Participants may choose from three levels of online access: View Pass Watch all summit sessions live in view-only mode. Engage Pass Join the summit live and participate in Q&A, polls, discussions, and other audience interactions. VIP Access Pass Includes Interactive Pass privileges plus access to the summit recording and downloadable presentation materials, where authorized by the speakers.
Can View Pass holders ask questions or participate in activities?
No. The View Pass is intended for participants who prefer to watch the summit without joining the interactive portions of the program. To submit questions, participate in polls and discussions, and interact during the workshops, please select an Engage Pass or VIP Access Pass.
Will I receive a copy of the presentations?
Presentation materials are included with the VIP Access Pass, subject to the permission of each speaker. Some speakers may exclude certain slides, proprietary materials, templates, or other resources from distribution.
Will a recording of the summit be available?
Yes. Access to the summit recording is included with the VIP Access Pass. Recording access is intended for the registered participant and may not be reproduced, redistributed, uploaded, or shared with others.
Will I receive a Certificate of Attendance?
Yes. Registered participants who meet the attendance requirements will receive a digital Certificate of Attendance after the summit. Certificates are issued to the registered participant and will reflect the name provided during registration.
What platform will be used for the online summit?
The summit will be conducted through standard platforms. Registered participants will receive their access instructions and other event reminders through email before the summit. We recommend joining from a desktop or laptop with a stable internet connection for the best experience.
Can I register several people from the same organization?
Yes. Organizations may register multiple participants. Each attendee should be registered under their own name and email address to ensure proper summit access, participation, and certificate issuance. For larger groups or corporate registrations, please contact the CLG Executive Education team for assistance.
Can I transfer my registration to another person?
Registration transfers may be accommodated 7 days before the event. Please contact the organizing team with your registration details and the information of the replacement participant. Access credentials should not be transferred or shared without notifying the organizer.
What happens if I register but cannot attend live?
If you purchased a VIP Access Pass, you may access the summit recording after the event once it becomes available. Watch and Engage Passes are intended for live attendance and do not include post-event recording access.
Can I upgrade my ticket after registering?
Yes, ticket upgrades may be accommodated 7 days before the summit, subject to availability. Participants who wish to move from a Watch Pass to an Engage or VIP Access Pass, or from an Engage Pass to a VIP Access Pass, may contact the organizing team for assistance.
Will there be opportunities to ask the speakers questions?
Yes. Engage and VIP Access Pass participants will have opportunities to submit questions and participate in selected discussions throughout the summit. Because of the number of participants and available session time, not all submitted questions may be addressed live.
Do I need to prepare anything before attending?
No special preparation is required unless otherwise indicated for a particular summit edition. Participants are encouraged to come prepared with questions, workplace situations, and experiences related to the featured HR topic. For interactive participants, having access to the event platform's chat, polls, and Q&A functions is recommended.
